We are hearing about the attack on Congresswoman Gabrielle Gifford by 22 yr. old Jared Loughlin, and his killing of at least 6 including Judge Roll, and shooting of 19  people at a "Congress on the Corner" in Tucson, AZ in non-stop coverage.  Interesting intersecting news stories:  My day started with a new warning of Bible believers as the newest threats to America's homeland security. 

Yet we're hearing that the shooter was upset that the Army gave him a Bible.  HUH?  Not our American Army!  They may give gitmo detainees korans, but I can guaren-damn-tee you they DO NOT give out Bibles to GI's.  So what's up with that?  According to the various sites he's posted on, including facebook, all of which are too busy for me to post links, he is an athiest and reads Marxist literature. 

Homeland Security, guess what?  I DO NOT feel safer because of you.  I feel safe because I am armed. 

UPDATE: I just heard from Michael Yon that today's shooter was never in the Army, though he attempted to join and was refused.  Also, the local police are not convinced he did this alone.  I never did, too many bullets, too many folks were hit!  I will continue to update as warranted....but so far this marxist reading whack job is said from every quarter that he was provoked from the right; from Sarah Palin, to Glenn Beck, to Fox News in general.  This is getting to be the oldest trick in the book from the lefty media outlets!  That's how afraid of the truth they are!  They continually try to silence those of us on the right!
