An Excuse...2nd Amendment is in trouble!

The TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Parties all around our country on Tax Day apparently has BO's administration a bit upset...but then we know they never let a "crisis" go to waste.  With this in mind, you can see how this reaction to the TEA Parties is disturbing to Constitutionalists like me.

"During an appearance yesterday (4/19) on CBS-TV’s Face The Nation, Axelrod was asked for his thoughts on the “spreading and very public disaffection” with President Obama’s fiscal policies. “I think anytime you have severe economic conditions there is always an element of disaffection that can mutate into something that’s unhealthy,” replied the White House insider and Obama confidante."

I went to our monthly Saturday Morning In America meeting today, and learned for the first time that many attendees saw, and spoke with Homeland Security agents in attendance.  After all, we know that we on the right have been targeted as potential threats to homeland security.

So what's next?  Disarming us would certainly seem to be their aim, just as much as the hype over the "swine flu" is to a) distract us from what the other hand is doing, and b) to get a foot in the door of socialized medicine.

Stay aware, folks.  Their agenda will destroy our country.

Dear Dagney, I organized our Tea Party over here in Long Beach, California. Everything went smoothly. When I started to set up the July 4th Tea Party, I was told I needed to go through DHS. I called them, and they said it was not true. It did, however, rattle me enough to think that I was some kind of enemy.

How dare they! They will never get my guns, my freedom, and all God-given (NOT government given) rights! Life free or die!

Oops. Got a little carried away there.

Unfortunately I didn't make it to any of the Tea Parties in my area ;-( Better luck to me next time.

I'm sure some gun control measure is coming down the line.
