I Confess, I'm One Of The Few

I confess, I didn't stay up to watch the Debate last night, and obviously I'm one of the very few Americans  who didn't.  Especially among political junkies like me!

"Last night's event totaled a 45.0 overnight meter-market household rating, according to Nielsen Media Research.

That's 42% higher than Friday's presidential debate between top-of-the-ticket contenders John McCain and Barack Obama, which scored a collective 31.6 rating among broadcast and cable networks.

It's also a stunning 60% higher than the 2004 debate between Dick Cheney and John Edwards. In fact, the early figure surpasses any presidential debate since 1992's second bout between Bill Clinton, Ross Perot and George Bush (which received a 46.3 rating)."

During Dr. Bennett's show this morning, He spoke with conservative actress [rare breed indeed] Janine Turner who is with a group called Team Sarah [www.teamsarah.org] which I promptly visited and joined.  What an awesome website!  They've got it all!  Networking, webmail, picture boards, message board and live chat!  Besides Saturday Morning In America.com, it's the best place I know to keep in touch with fellow conservatives!  It looks decidedly "girlie", but there are plenty of men there too.  Among the pictures, I especially loved this one;

    I had it on but wasn't really paying attention. It became apparent early on that they were finally letting Sarah be Sarah and she was kicking ass. Nevertheless the Obamamaniacs, and my wife is one, saw what they wanted to see.
