Common Sense From "Typical White Person"
A friend of mine, who calls herself a "typical white person clinging to God & guns", shared her uncommon common sense with me yesterday;
"Has anyone else hit overload yet? I couldn't stomach much of the House inquisition about Wall Street today. There is something about Barney Frank that causes the stomach to roll. The man who is one of the instruments in bringing on this mess pretends he's a statesman. And then there's Chris Dodd & Charles Schumer...the other partners in this crime. George W. Bush as attempted 17 times to clean up this Wall Street garbage and been blocked by Democrats. John McCain has sponsored legislation as well....and been blocked by the Democrats. Republicans are to blame? I wish President Bush would go on TV tonight and tell 'em all how the cow ate the cabbage, but he won't. If he uses the term "with all due respect" to refer to thos rotten jerks I'll yell and scare the animals again...they have been running for cover all day. John McCain feels the need to return to Washington and do his job. Barack Obama doesn't need to return to the job he never did. The socialization of the U. S. economy is being done for him; saves his valued time.
To add to "the politics of partisan paralysis", tonight on Glenn Beck, John Hofmeister (former CEO of Shell Oil Co.) will be responding to phoned in questions. The program will be (was) repeated at 8:00 and 11:00 on CNN Headline News. I saw the show at 6:00. When you learn what the environmentalists and our own government are doing to prevent us from being energy independent, reach for the barf bag or be near a facility. We could have new oil production in weeks, but no. John Hofmeister did say he had spoken with Sarah Palin in Alaska and "no one can roll that woman". John Hofmeister has a not-for-profit website;

She is so correct! If there was one single Republican they could hang this mess on, there would already be screaming headlines and multiple hearings! The Democraps know full well whose at fault, but you'll never hear it from them.

I am about to implode. Barack Obama being a U.S. Senator thinks we can just "call him" if he's needed. Well, when did any of you make c$170K a year, and your boss could just "call you"? We the people are his boss. And we have been (over)paying him for 3 years to do nothing but vote Not Present and to run for President (uhh, get a promotion). Wake up America. This guy is as dumb as dirt, and too arrogant to wipe any taxpayers' shoes.
