Whose Pocket Is Pelosi In? Chavez?
Nancy [Nasty to me] Pelosi refuses to even bring a vote to drill to the floor of the House. As Speaker of the House, she has shut down the government owned cameras usually manned by CSPAN, as the GOP "revolt", which is a call for a vote, up or down, on drilling. Why won't she bring it to a vote? Americans all over the country are calling their congressmen and demanding that we drill for our own oil! She and the Democrats would have you believe it was to keep the evil "Big Oil" from making more money. Who actually profits from America not getting their OWN oil? Did you happen to pass by a Citgo gas station today? I personally passed at least three. American stockholders own American oil companies. Venezuela owns Citgo.

In a news conference late last week, María Luz Rivas Diez, the Argentine attorney general, said Mr. Antonini Wilson had made 12 trips to Argentina in the past year, some for less than a day.
She told a Buenos Aires radio station over the weekend that she could not rule out money-laundering as a possible motivation, nor filing charges against Mr. Antonini Wilson, who had been allowed to leave Argentina and whose whereabouts were unknown.
On Monday morning Mr. Kirchner’s chief of staff, Alberto Fernández, joined calls for the Venezuelans to apologize for the incident, saying Argentina had “done everything that it needed to do.”
Makes you wonder who is picking up Nasty Pelosi's suitcase, doesn't it? No wonder she doesn't want a vote on drilling our own oil.
The recent action by Russia in Georgia highlights the need for drilling in the good ol' USofA. Russia is now stronger and richer due to oil and gas reserves, and the U.S. gets weaker and weaker. If our supplies are ever cut off or disrupted, it won't be $4 a gallon we will worry about, it will be getting any gas AT ALL for our cars, heating for our homes and food to our stores.
Wake up people. Write your Congressman - drill now, build nuclear power plants, do everything -- before it is too late.
