Idle wondering again, about whether Operation Chaos is having its desired effects on the Democrat party.  Howard Dean seems concerned it may be having Rush's desired effectiveness.  Some have questioned it, but apparently DNC Chairman Dean thinks so. 

"I think it would be nice to have this all done by July 1," Dean said on ABC's "Good Morning America" program. "If we can do it sooner than that, that's all the better.

"There has been some personal criticism," he said. "We don't want this to degenerate into a big fight at the convention."  [Oh, trust me Howard.  It's headed that way! Denver, are you ready for this?]

Dean told CNN he believes Democratic delegates from Michigan and Florida will eventually be seated at the party's August nominating convention in Denver."

He's not the only one upset by the chaos now going on in the party.  Shrillary's credibility gap is growing and growing.  Obama's numbers are shrinking in light of his minister's single handedly making him the "race candidate".  The calls are coming thick and fast for Shrillary to concede the nomination in favor of Obama.

"Senator Patrick Leahy, who supports Obama, says the answer is yes, and he thinks Clinton should drop out of the race.

But Clinton's supporters in Vermont have a very different opinion.

(Kinzel) It's a question that's being raised in political discussions on the radio, on TV, in newspapers and in the blogs.

And the results of a new poll highlight the danger for the Democrats if their presidential primary contest gets any nastier.

According to a new Gallup poll, 28% of Hillary Clinton's supporters say they'd vote for GOP candidate John McCain if Barack Obama wins the Democratic nomination and 19% of Obama's supporters say they'd vote for McCain if Clinton is the Party's nominee.

Senator Patrick Leahy, who's a super delegate supporting Obama, is clearly worried about this situation:

(Leahy) "I am very concerned. John McCain, who has been making one gaffe after another, is getting a free ride on it because Senator Obama and Senator Clinton have to fight with each other. I think that her criticism is hurting him more than anything John McCain has said. I think that's unfortunate."

Leaky Leahy says there's no way she can win, but be very sure of one thing; Billary do not believe they can lose this race.  She believes this is her payback for what he put her through, and they both want the White House "back".  Whereas President Bush is grateful to live in the "people's house", they believe it is their rightful home!  The Queen Bee Syndrome is also being played out through Nancy Pelosi. 

"Hillary Clinton's megabucks donors picked a fight with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi Wednesday, pitting the most famous woman in politics against the most powerful.  [Want to bet they'd argue which is which?]

Angered that Pelosi wants Democratic insiders to follow the will of voters when they cast their own "superdelegate" votes in the nomination race, 20 of Clinton's top fund-raisers issued a veiled threat to Pelosi and warned her to change her tune.

"We have been strong supporters of the [Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee]," they wrote, referring to the House fund-raising arm overseen by Pelosi. "We therefore urge you to clarify your position on superdelegates and reflect in your comments a more open view."

Sources said Pelosi was infuriated by the implied threat the donors would quit giving cash to the committee.

Clinton's supporters pounced on Pelosi for telling ABC this month that the party would be damaged if "superdelegates overturn what happened in the elections."

It's working, Rush.  It's working!  The next step should be fun;

"Rush:  Both yesterday and today, we have had callers from Texas who are foot soldiers, enlisted officers, in Operation Chaos.  Both of these gentlemen, one in Austin, the most recent from Galveston that you just heard, not only voted for Hillary Clinton in the Texas primary, but they went a step further.  They went back and caucused. Operation Chaos operatives went back and caucused.  These two are just two of many.  These two are now delegates to the Texas state convention.  They are delegates for Hillary Clinton to the Texas state Democrat convention.  They will be there undercover.  They will be there as Operation Chaos operatives, but they are not the only two.  Now, I have heard talk — and I'm sure you have, too — both on this program from callers and throughout the Drive-By Media that Operation Chaos isn't working.  That is music to my ears.  When I hear Democrats and liberals and members of the Drive-By Media say that Operation Chaos is having no impact, and that it isn't working, nothing could be sweeter.  It allows us, ladies and gentlemen, to sneak in under their radar, because they think it's not having any impact, they are even more vulnerable.
