Apologies?

Apologies, Mr. Huckabee?  What were you thinking?  I've already said Huckabee is not our man.  This latest comment in response to the death of Benazir Bhutto seems to prove my point;

"With about 150 supporters crowded around a podium set up on the tarmac of Orlando Executive airport (and about 20 Ron Paul supporters waving signs outside) Mike Huckabee strode out to the strains of “Right Now” by Van Halen and immediately addressed the Bhutto situation, expressing “our sincere concern and apologies for what has happened in Pakistan.”

Apologies? The middle east's news centers may just be humming with "U.S. takes responsibility...." .

Or maybe not.  Especially if they believe, as I do, that Huckabee is the GOP's Jimmy Carter.  In that case, they will not want to ruin his chance to get into the White House.  After all, Carter allowed the rise of the Ayatollah when he allowed the fall of the Shah in Iran.
