As recently as the weekend, Ms Pelosi said she planned to take the bill, denouncing mass killings of Armenians during the Ottoman Empire as genocide, to the full House this year."

So why is she backing off?  Because when the American people heard about this seemingly obscure non-binding legislative action that they used to be able to slide through with impunity, we were outraged.  We found out this act would outrage our allies, Turkey, who would in all probability withdraw its support of us, thereby ending the supply lines for 70% of our troops' ammo, water, etc.  The left can no long "sneak" things through legislatively, because they no longer have control of media.  Their willing accomplices at NBC, CBS, ABC & CNN are no longer the only voices We The People get to hear/see.  We now have Drudge, Rush, Sean, Glenn, and Bill's voices (among others), not to mention the internet. 

WE The People are winning, right alongside our troops who are winning.
