Iraq wants to establish a long-term U.S. military presence many years into the future, likely to include permanent bases."

This should frost the donkey leadership's cookies!  How are they going to explain the exact opposite of what they have been saying for 3 years?  "They want us out", "We're creating terrorists", "We've lost the war in Iraq"?
