As I was getting ready for church this morning, we were listening to Fox News.  They interviewed Walid Shoebat with regards to the failed terrorist attempts in UK.  His observation for me, on a Sunday morning, was particularly powerful.  I have to paraphrase him, but I'm sure you will find something similar on his site.

He said that the way the west wants to fight this fight [GWOT] is to fight it "secularly".  What is needed, he reminded us who are Christians, is Christ, by telling Fox News "they are taught that their salvation is to fight infidels, kill infidels, and to be killed doing so.  What we need to do is to replace their path to salvation." 

Teach them about Jesus Christ, my fellow Christians.  Tell them about the salvation that leads to everlasting life.  Mr. Shoebat specifically said that he and other former terrorists had converted to Christianity.  If we want to win this war, He will lead the Way.  All we must do is to follow Him.  Christ leads us to the Light and Love.  The evil one leads them to kill themselves, and innocent others who do not believe in their dogma.  Choose Light, choose the Lord Jesus Christ.  And may you have a very Happy Independence Day, in this land founded with the motto "In God We Trust".
