Harry Reid's pronouncement that the "War is lost" is more wishful thinking from the left. 

"I believe myself that the secretary of state, secretary of defense and - you have to make your own decisions as to what the president knows - (know) this war is lost and the surge is not accomplishing anything as indicated by the extreme violence in Iraq yesterday," said Reid, D-Nev."

They know better, but they want to demoralize the troops with this sort of shameless and traitorous rhetoric so we will make their wish come true.  Our troops have yet to lose a battle on any battleground in either Iraq or Afghanistan, and these lily-livered pukes know it.  They are so totally invested in a loss in the Iraq theatre of the GWOT that they cannot allow us to win...yet they know the blow-back they would take at the polls if they actually had the guts to withdraw the funding.  So demoralization is their only avenue.  I doubt that any troops will take his ridiculous statement to heart, at least from the hundreds of these heroes I've met.  They're too strong for that to happen. 

One young soldier, just about to deploy to Iraq, phoned Rush Limbaugh's show today.  He suggested a word for these lefty Benedict Arnolds that he and his fellow soldiers have developed for them: IraqNoPhobiacs.  It was defined by him as "one who was afraid we would win the war in Iraq."  Brilliant.  John sKerry was so very wrong about you guys!  Absolutely brilliant!
