This Caught My Attention
"France is the first country to open up fully its UFO files to the public."
Why our country has not done so is anybody's guess. I was just happy that my former FBI lawyer shared his own story with me. But first, let's read this;
"Former Gov. Fife Symington says now that those strange lights that appeared over Phoenix a decade ago were from another world and that he had a close encounter with an alien craft on March 13, 1997.
"I'm a pilot and I know just about every machine that flies. It was bigger than anything that I've ever seen. It remains a great mystery. Other people saw it, responsible people," Symington said Thursday. "I don't know why people would ridicule it."
In the case of Gov. Symington, and some of his dealings, questioning would be a logical delineation to pursue. That having been said, my lawyer disclosed to me and my sister-in-law, who was there for my support system, that he and his family had seen a "flying saucer" type of craft hovering over the huge parking lot near his office...in the CENTER of the city of Phoenix at around 7:00 p.m. His wife had picked up their teenaged children, and was awaiting his arrival at their car after he'd closed his office. When he got to their car they all saw a huge crafthovering over the parking area. He related that it shocked his entire family, but not as much as the shock he received shortly thereafter.
Back to my story: My lawyer, a very prominent member of the legal community in Phoenix 40 years ago, was also a former FBI employee, as I mentioned. Very shortly after that experience, he had a young Air Force pilot who had been injured in a car accident, and was attempting to recover damages from the driver of the offending vehicle. He arrived at my lawyer's office shortly after my lawyer's experience. In the course of the appointment, with the usual "chit chat", the pilot told my lawyer of an experience he and his fellow pilots had experienced.
The Air Force Base (sorry, cannot remember the name...dogpile it) had spotted a "UFO", i.e., a flying object that did not respond to attempts to contact, nor did it appear as a "normal" aircraft. This young pilot was scrambled with a number of his fellow pilots to check out the "bogey". When they got within a long-forgotten (by me) vicinity of the "UFO", all of the systems in the jets were shut down. As the jets receded from the proximity of the "ship", their electronics reactivated. When the pilots returned to base, they were told not to report the "incident".
Interesting.
