The word "redefine" seems to be dominating many discussions, especially in the liberal media.  What does it mean?  Redefining "victory" is what San Fran Nan wants to do.  Redefining "democracy" in Iraq is another popular subject in many arenas.  What does "redefine" mean?  Was it Donald Rumsfeld's mandate from his boss to redefine the military  to make it fit the needs of today's war, and not the now defunct "cold war"?  Or is it the left's way of justifying America having a timetable to get out of Iraq?
