When I first heard this morning about this comment made at my alma mater by John F'ing sKerry, I was too furious to post about it.  That you would DARE denigrate our troops by suggesting they are less than intelligent is enough to make this five foot frame look for a step stool to box your ears...at best!  I cannot help but ask the voters in Massachussets what in the world are you thinking when you vote this traitor back into office?  Being a woman, of course my emotions took hold first and foremost...but then I remembered that there are others like me, who probably have not voted yet, who were going to be just as upset about his statements as I am.

Predictably, sKerry's office released a statement denouncing the reactions, and blaming Rush Limbaugh;

"If anyone thinks a veteran would criticize the more than 140,000 heroes serving in Iraq and not the president who got us stuck there, they're crazy. This is the classic G.O.P. playbook. I’m sick and tired of these despicable Republican attacks that always seem to come from those who never can be found to serve in war, but love to attack those who did.

I’m not going to be lectured by a stuffed suit White House mouthpiece standing behind a podium, or doughy Rush Limbaugh, who no doubt today will take a break from belittling Michael J. Fox’s Parkinson’s disease to start lying about me just as they have lied about Iraq. It disgusts me that these Republican hacks, who have never worn the uniform of our country lie and distort so blatantly and carelessly about those who have."

The statement did nothing to put the angry fires out, mine or anyone else's...so he went in front of the cameras this afternoon (not yet published on his site) when he sounded like a man who had been SPANKED by his own party. 

The reason I am grateful to John F'ing sKerry is that he has reminded us as to the real and true nature of today's Democrat party.  Thank you, Rush Limbaugh for reminding me that each and every time the left "outs" themselves....Americans are reminded who these people really are, and Americans vote accordingly.  John F'ing sKerry, your timing was perfect.  When I heard his statement,  I was convinced he had been reprimanded by the MIAs known as Pelosi, Reid, Kennedy [hic], et al.  You could almost hear them scream, "WE TOLD YOU TO SHUT YOUR MOUTH!"  Like Casey, Murtha, and so many other donks in this election, they expected him to avoid the spotlight.  He was to have followed their directives!  Like all good Donks he was to have opted out of photo ops, debates, and most of all stop chasing cameras, a la Pelosi and Reid's normal MO.  They do not like folks to know who they really are, and what they would really do if they were in power.
