Global Warming Is A Sham!
Global warming, as touted by Algore, is nothing more than another anti-capitalism, anti-American lifestyle grab for tax revenue and "revenue sharing" scheme from the left. If you don't believe me, take a look at this;

And Prof Julian Morris, environmental economist at Buckingham University and director of the International Policy Network, said: “I’m afraid it will be Sun readers who will be most affected by these changes.
“The price of their cheap flights will rise, making a short break abroad more costly.
“The cost of visiting their family will rise, because of increased petrol duty.
“And people will effectively be forced to buy energy-saving televisions and long-life lightbulbs by a nannying Government. Their whole way of life will alter forever.”
The green proposals are revealed as leaked documents show people living in crime-free areas are to be penalised with a giant hike in council tax.
No one will ever convince me that climate change is man-made...indeed if you do your own research, you'll learn that climatic changes have happened throughout the history of man on this planet. Mesa Verde is an excellent example. When the Anasazi inhabited it eons ago, it was a tropical zone populated with parrots, and near an ocean. It is now high desert. Theories abound as to why they left their idyllic living quarters, but the preponderance of opinions favor the idea that climatic changes caused droughts, and they abandoned the area. What did these primitive people do to cause "global warming"? Simple answer of course is nothing, but the left sees the opportunity to penalize the "haves" or in their vernacular, the "polluters".
The experts cannot come to a consensus on cause/effects of global warming. Frankly, there are lots of us folks sick to death of hearing about the subject! I count myself among them, and I like this guy's style!
"Michael Palmer, the general manager of television stations WVII and WFVX, ABC and Fox affiliates in Bangor, has told his joint staff of nine men and women that when “Bar Harbor is underwater, then we can do global warming stories.”
“Until then,” he added. “No more.”
As a "journalist", Mr. Palmer is rare. One of my favorite resources for debunking lefty arguments on this subject is a book entitled "The Skeptical Environmentalist; Measuring The Real State Of The World" by Bjorn Lomborg. I actually bought it from Amazon.com a couple of years ago, but for some reason they cannot find it today. You can get your own copy here. This guy is a former member of Green Peace and an educator teaching statistical data, so it's really relevant by virtue of someone who actually changed his view by looking at FACTS! If more journalists would actually look at FACTS before they report on "stories", perhaps we'd have less distortion of things...like Iraq...sorry, got off on my own little pipe dream there for a minute.
Global warming is nothing more than a tax scam from the left.
I don't even bother writing about it. It's a waste of space and brain power. Sort of like Algore!

AP – Al Gore has for a long time been full of hot air. He has a vivid imagination about the world. His mistrust of the seasons seems to stem from an episode of the Twilight Zone, in which the Earth gets too close to the Sun. Al is probably the single individual who has done most to create greater worldwide understanding of the measures needed to create a more effective global antiperspirant.
If college roommate Tommy Lee Jones, could save the City of Los Angeles from errant magma (Volcano), and the world entire from an extraterrestrial cockroach (Men In Black), not to be outdone Al Gore deserves a prize for his initiative to combat global wetness. The same trusted formula that kept our leaders dry during the Cold War. Clinton tested: guaranteed to leave no trace.
The committee that awarded Al Gore the Nobel Prize included a university president, a theologian, and a consultant. Larry, Moe & Curly could not be reached for comment. And, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, with whom Gore shares the prize, does not carry out research, nor does it monitor climate or related phenomena. Given the newfound legitimacy for Global Warming, a “private group” out of Monterey, California, vies to seed the North Atlantic with iron oxide to help plankton absorb carbon dioxide (greenhouse gasses); another proposes to sow the atmosphere with sulfur. Strategy: “cleanup the planet and make a buck on the side.”
So, to whom did Al Gore donate the $1.8 million dollar Nobel purse? Who is the Alliance for Climate Protection? Perhaps not coincidentally, Al Gore is the founder and chairman of the § 501(c)(3) alliance. Three guesses who the IPCC are. But why should science be immune from grasping politicians? Aren’t they doing “good” for the collective? Aren’t their distortions justified, because they’re better than? Isn’t this the psychology of the left? While President Clinton was “reinventing higher education,” Vice President Gore was “reinventing government.” During Bill Clinton’s 1996 golf outing at Pebble Beach, Al Gore gave an “environmental group” $2 million dollars to save the bay. Gore’s sizable donation never made the local news. As it turns out, it was the mother of all environmental scams, White House Chief of Staff Leon Panetta’s Monterey Bay Sanctuary. Years later a lone radio station reported, “the group has $2.5 million dollars, and four people in two locations.” Post 9-11, oceangoing cruise ships ply the pristine waters of the Monterey Bay, ferrying tourists to and from Monterey’s eateries.
