Mystery Solved

In tracking my blogs stats, it has been a strange and curious mystery for me to see that I get huge numbers of ISP  hits from NYC and San Franthisco.  Considering this is an unabashed conservative commentary, I could never adequately explain the numbers from ISPs in those cities.  Rush Limbaugh solved the mystery for me today.  In talking about an article from The Prowler on The American Spectator, he noted that the Democrats are "concerned" by the blogosphere.  Hmmmm, could they be checking out the opposition?  It could be...hmmm.

As I pointed out in my recent post, I just do not see any logical reason that the pundits consider a donk takeover in November to be such a sure thing.  According to the Prowler, the Dumocraps aren't so sure of it either!

"The Connecticut Democrat Senate primary put a national spotlight on the inner-workings of the Democrat Party and they weren't pretty. Voters saw a far-left wing of the party with remarkable sway over a mainstream majority with little interest in a fight.

"More important, in most primaries, is that ten to 15 percent of undecided voters have already vented about Iraq," says another Democrat consultant. "The problem is, those voters wanted to express their dissatisfaction with Iraq, but they also want a solution. Pulling out isn't the solution many of them want. They aren't going to be voting for an anti-war candidate. I think my party has overshot its position."

The showing of Republican Michael Steele, as well as others, such as Mike McGavick in Washington, and Tom Kean, Jr. in New Jersey, along with stabilized numbers for Sen. Rick Santorum, have Democrats in the Senate scrambling to find some good news to pass along to their donors."

It won't be over until the polls close in November, but for now I'm thinking lots of Democrat donors are closing their checkbooks!  Wonder if they saw my earlier post, and asked themselves the same questions?  Yep, mystery solved.

I am of the opposite opinion concerning the fund-raising. I want them to waste as much money as they can! Maybe some of them will even go broke and finally want a tax cut! Hehehe.
