What to do, what to do?  With the primary in Connecticut leading the political headlines, I just do not know what I should do? Do I cheer on Senator Lieberman in his race, one of the few Democrats who recognizes the seriousness of the GWOT, and Israel's fight on their front of that war?  Or should I cheer for the peacenik upstart Ned Lamont, while I sit back and watch the Dumocraps fold under the pressure of their left-wing kook base? 

"The Lieberman-Lamont contest is an ideological battle, especially regarding Lieberman's unabashed support for the war and its prosecution by the Bush administration.

"There wouldn't have been this successful a challenge if it were not for the war," said Scott McLean, chairman of the political science department at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn. It's symbolized by Bush's physical embrace of Lieberman after last year's State of the Union address — or "the kiss" as it has become known in the campaign."

Let me think about this for a minute...nope!  Didn't take that long!  I'm not worried about Joe.  If he loses the primary (and I pray he does) he'll come back as an independent, and win in the fall.  In the meantime, I can watch a repeat of the fate of the donks during McGovern's hay days, when they allowed the whack-jobs from the peacenik crowd rule them, and their defeat was resounding!
