I neglected to include this UPSET on this post, so I'm adding it now.  I'm watching the coverage of the Israeli response of the kidnapping of one of their soldiers, and I'm asking myself, "Self, what is going wrong with our government that we are putting our Marines in shackles before they are even accused of a crime?  Meanwhile, the Israelis are willing to put a missile into the office of the Palestinian PM's office because ONE of their soldiers was kidnapped?"

Actually, I already answered that question in the referenced post, but I pose this particular question because I still cannot believe we have people in our own government whose conscience could countenance this scenario, as opposed to the Israeli response.  Excuse me while I go barf!
